Nick has enjoyed a long and varied career in the Marketing Communications sector, helping to build brands and business by harnessing and working with great talent.
Nick worked for world class agencies including FCB, Lintas, Bates, J. Walter Thompson and Ogilvy in London, Seoul, Dublin, Frankfurt and Dubai.
Nick has had the privilege of working with a long list of illustrious clients to help provide brand and marketing consultancy services. including Andrex, BAT, Cadbury, Continental, Diageo, Diet Coke, Dubai Health Authority, FGB, Global Village, Hilton, Heineken, Heinz, HP, HSCB, Hyundai, Kia, Kleenex, Kimberly Clark, Nestle, NatWest and Unilever.
His lifelong interest in how brands attract and work with great talent now translates into the provision of first class Marketing and Talent consultancy services through Ampersand.
Justin began his career with a London marketing agency and having risen to Account Director level was charged with recruiting talent for his own team. It was at this point that his passion for recruitment became apparent and he changed career.
Justin first joined a London-based consultancy and soon after was approached by a leading multi-national recruitment company and invited to set- up their advertising and media division in Dubai.
Two years later he felt that his combined experience of communications, recruitment and the MENA market meant he was perfectly positioned to set-up MCG& Group.
Since then the organisation has grown rapidly and the launch of Ampersand means that Justin and the MCG& Group are now able to provide a wider range of specialised services to clients across the globe.
Chris has excelled at creating and developing high-performance teams throughout his 15-year career in talent development across Europe and the Middle East. Chris' natural ability to spot talent and coach and develop others makes him uniquely placed to help our clients develop and build their human capital.
As a former Head of Learning of Development for a major international consultancy group, Chris is a training professional and recognises traits that separate a true L&D superstar from just another trainer. Chris is pivotal in ensuring that the content and courses &Knowledge provides to its clients are the best in class and lives up to the Ampersand ethos of 'Creative Learning'
Chris holds a degree in Automotive & Transport Design from the world-renowned Coventry School of Art & Design and is a self- confessed Petrol-Head.
Shey has a background that covers human resources in banking, administration in oil, logistics in recruitment and office management in security.
This potent cocktail means that she is supper efficient with excellent organisational skills and a real eye for detail.
Having worked with Shell, Philip Morris Randstad and Hart amongst others she has repeatedly proven herself in first class company.
She brings strong interpersonal skills and a steely calm to everything that she does, and this inspires the reassurance that whatever the task she has it under control.
At Ampersand, Shey brings all this together as the Project Manager who makes sure that everything we do is on brief, on time and on budget.
